Home Logic Savings authorizes electronic payments through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network in accordance with the rules of Nacha. By providing your bank account details, you consent to ACH debits and credits as applicable to your transactions. In the event of a failed or returned payment due to insufficient funds, invalid account information, or other reasons, we may reattempt the transaction in compliance with applicable regulations. Unauthorized transactions may be disputed within 60 days in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws. Customers may revoke ACH authorization at any time with reasonable prior notice. We maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure secure processing and compliance with all applicable ACH rules and standards.
